Who We Are
Spanning over 40,000 sq ft in the heart of TTDI, Circadian is KL's largest rooftop social wellness venue — comprising padel, pickleball, HYROX & strength training, pilates & recovery, F&B, a pro shop, as well as community programming and social activations.
The Circadian Vision
Circadian is a social wellness venue with community at its heart. We're not just looking to create a sports venue that drives excellence in performance and physical achievement, but a venue that inspires community, movement, ritual and routine.
Whether it's a Pilates or strength session in the morning, a light lunch and pickleball game in the evening, or winding down with a social padel match followed by drinks and live music — we want Circadian to be part of your daily ritual.

Functional fitness, HYROX-format training and a full strength floor — built for first-timers through to elite racers.
Food & Beverage
Two F&B concepts by Kenny Hills Hospitality Group: a Bar & Lounge serving draft beers, cocktails, wines and light finger food alongside healthy bowls and local delights; and Good Mojo Smoothies — better-for-you smoothies, protein smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, coffee and sandwiches.
Pilates & Recovery
Reformer and mat pilates paired with a full recovery suite — cold plunge, sauna and guided contrast therapy.
Pro Shop
A curated selection of performance wear, pickleball and padel gear, accessories, and essentials for exercise and everyday comfort.
Social Space
A 2,800 sq ft open space in the heart of the venue, seating up to 90 or 150 standing. At full capacity — including courtside seating and standing tables — the venue fits up to 120 seated or 200 standing.
